We are renting out a lovely doubleroom with 2 CPR numbers in a hyggelig apartment in Søborg, Gyngemose Parkvej.
The room is ca. 16 sqrm, bright and cozy, in an apartment of ca. 95 sqrm. You would share the place with two internationals from Hungary.
About the apartment:
- Rent is 7200-7400 Dkk/Month (for 2 people, depending on utilities), and the deposit is 3 months.
- Close to DTU, half an hour to the center of Cph, both by bus and bicycle. Five minutes walk to two supermarkets.
- There are 3 bedrooms - 2 smaller and one big room - the big room would be yours.
- The living room and the kitchen are in one space, both furnished and equipped.
- The bathroom is large with floor heating, which is super nice in the winter.
- There is a dishwasher and a washing machine.
- The apartment also has a balcony, a storage, bike shed and free parking spots in case you have a car.
- Unfortunately no pets are allowed ??
About us:
- Antonia : Master student at CBS, working part time, outgoing, always drinks coffee, and she is always in a good mood.
- Youssouf: just finished my Master at DTU, so I'm also in a good mood.
Time to time we cook together, we have a drink or two but we also respect your privacy.
We attach some pictures of the apartment so that you can confirm that it is indeed lovely and modern. One of the current roomies also created a Sims version of the apartment, so please enjoy it.
The rental period starts from the end of September and is preferably long term (1 year or more).
